Play on iPhone

The game is not on the App Store, so you install it yourself with a free sideloading app. It signs the game with your own Apple ID, on your own device. Your account and progress are the same as on Android.

Easiest: AltStore or SideStore

Recommended: they install updates for you and keep the game signed.

1. Install AltStore Classic once from a computer (Windows, Mac), or SideStore. Not AltStore PAL: altstore.io offers it first, but it only works in the EU ("not eligible" elsewhere).
2. On your iPhone, add our source: Add to AltStore or Add to SideStore. Or add it by hand: https://assaultfront.com/download/altstore.json
3. Open the source, tap Assault Front: Global, then Free to install.

With a computer: Sideloadly

1. Install Sideloadly on Windows or Mac and connect your iPhone with a cable.
2. Download the game with the button above and drop the file into Sideloadly.
3. Enter your Apple ID and press Start. Sideloadly sends it only to Apple; we never see it.
4. On the iPhone: Settings › General › VPN & Device Management, tap your Apple ID and trust it. On iOS 16 or later, also turn on Settings › Privacy & Security › Developer Mode.

Other installers (ESign and similar)

On-device signers such as ESign also install our download, but they sign apps with a certificate you bring. Use only your own Apple developer certificate. "Free certificates" shared online are usually leaked company certificates: Apple revokes them without warning (the game then stops opening), and nobody can vouch for where they came from. If you don't have your own, use AltStore Classic, SideStore or Sideloadly above.

Good to know

• Every 7 days. A free Apple ID signs apps for 7 days. AltStore and SideStore refresh the game for you; with Sideloadly, sign it again before then. Your account stays either way.
• Updates. When a new version is out the game asks you to update. AltStore and SideStore show it in our source; with Sideloadly, install the new download over the old one.
• Space. Keep about 4 GB free.
• Chat. The lobby chat panel is on Android for now; in-match chat works on iPhone.
